Who We Are

Angels Care Home Ltd is a domiciliary care provider based in London. Our focus is on helping people receive appropriate care and support in the familiar surroundings of their own homes.
We understand that home is more than a place to live. It is where people maintain their routines, enjoy familiar surroundings and stay connected to the people and activities that matter to them.

Our approach is built around understanding each person's circumstances, listening to their preferences and providing support that promotes independence wherever possible.

Whether someone needs help with personal care, assistance with everyday activities or ongoing support at home, our aim is to provide care that feels respectful, dependable and personal.

Person-Centred Support
Every individual has different needs, abilities and preferences. We take these differences into account when planning care, with the aim of providing support that reflects the person rather than applying the same approach to everyone.
Dignity and Respect
Personal care should always be delivered sensitively. We respect privacy, personal choices and individual routines, helping people remain involved in decisions about their daily lives.
Independence at Home
Our role is to support people with activities they find difficult while encouraging them to do as much as they can for themselves. The level of assistance should reflect their assessed needs and abilities.
Communication and Involvement
Good care depends on listening. Where appropriate, we involve family members and others important to the person in care planning, while respecting the individual's wishes, consent and privacy.
Our Commitment to Quality and Safety
Quality care requires more than good intentions. It depends on appropriate planning, competent staff, effective communication and a willingness to learn and improve.

Our Commitment to
Quality and Safety

Quality care requires more than good intentions. It depends on appropriate planning, competent staff, effective communication and a willingness to learn and improve.

Our approach to care includes attention to:

  • Individual care planning: understanding care needs, preferences and relevant risks.
  • Safeguarding: recognising and responding appropriately to concerns about abuse, neglect or harm.
  • Staff recruitment and development: supporting safe recruitment, relevant training and ongoing staff development.
  • Risk management: identifying and reviewing risks relevant to a person’s care and home environment.
  • Communication and feedback: giving people appropriate opportunities to raise questions, share concerns and provide feedback.
  • Review and improvement: reviewing care arrangements when needs change and using feedback to identify opportunities to improve.

These principles help guide the delivery and oversight of our home care services.

What CQC Registration Means

CQC registration means a provider is registered to carry out the regulated activities specified in its registration. The regulator assesses services against applicable legal requirements and quality standards.

For people considering home care, the published CQC profile provides useful information about the provider and its inspection or assessment history.

Registration and ratings are important considerations, but they should form part of a wider decision. It is also worth discussing individual care needs, staff arrangements, communication, costs and how care will be reviewed.
